eBay "On-Line" Real Estate Advertisements:
Let's face some facts here. If you want something, it's on eBay (or has been and will be again) and that applies to Real Estate just as well as it does to anything else. If you type in the key words "real estate" into the eBay search engine, you will bring up THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS of listings that are "For Sale" ... some are "realtor ads" with conventional financing terms (i.e. 30 yr. Mortages), some are private individuals offering "owner financing" and most anything in between.
If you are a homeowner that has a property that you wish to sell and you wish to "take care of everything yourself (i.e. "For Sale By Owner" or "Assist To Sell" or quite literally "Sell it Yourself")" but you don't have the means to reach as large a "target market" as the big Realtors do, then eBay is the place for you to sell your property. If you don't have a computer or for whatever reason you don't have the means by which to create anything other than a basic ad then I can be of assistance.
You may have noticed I said "create more than just a basic ad" in the preceeding paragraph. With the tools that eBay provides you can place an ad. You can also get a box of Crayola Crayons, some cardboard and make you a sign put it down on the corner somewhere ... both will get about the same amount of attention. We all know that the better the presentation of the product the easier it will be to achieve the desired results. At this point let me state unequivically that NO, I AM NOT GOING TO SELL YOUR PROPERTY! You will take care of selling the property, all financial transactions, all tours, etc., right down to signing on the dotted line.
What I am going to do is put your property out there in a format that is pleasing to the eye, will be seen world wide, and enable you to communicate with these potential buyers. I can provide the means for you to negotiate directly with potential buyers, work out your terms, whatever you wish to do within the legal limits of law and eBay (and I'm not sure which has the greater reach). I also highly recommend that you consult the services of a KNOWN Realtor or Real Estate Attorney.
Do you have a home that you wish to present "to the world"? I'm not talking about that "rental shack" down the street ... I'm talking about the multi-million dollar "spec" home built on the waterfront or that 10 or 12 acre property with a private lake and two or three homes on it.

If you have a home like this and you're not getting the results you need with realtors that are probably charging (in some way, shape or form) a ton in listing fees and IF THE HOME SELLS, a "ton" more in commission fees, I may be able to help.
You might also be "listing" it in the "local" paper in the real estate section or even a real estate magazine, both at exorbitant rates, for a one day ad in the Sunday section (along with "10,000" other homes) or a 30 day rate in a real estate magazine at a cost that would probably pay the property taxes on a $2,000.000.00 house, even in Florida!! Again, I have a solution!
List that "Custom Home or Property" with a medium that has 130,000,000 subscriber/members and has WORLDWIDE readership! 
List with a medium that lets potential buyers contact you or your designated agent directly (if you have an "Assist To Sell" or "Buy Owner" contact they should love it), for details about your home.
List in a "medium" that will allow your direct input AND final approval of the ad.
Want to change the ad after it's listed? Good luck with the newspapers, magazines, and real estate services!! Use eBay Real Estate and you can change the ad every day, have more pictures added, delete pictures, change descriptions ... whatever you wish to change, it be done in an eBay listing.
Take a look at the prices charged by your local papers to list your home on "their" websites for a 30-day listing.

Yes, you can do it yourself and save some money - I'll even tell you how but do you REALLY want to take the time and effort that a quality advertisement on eBay requires? Do you have the time to learn some basic (and some not so basic) HTML coding so that you can put videos and over 500 pictures in an ad that has no options for videos or such large numbers of pictures? You'll have to "figure it out" on your own because eBay sure won't tell you - they charge BIG BUCKS for 200 pictures. Don't even bother to ask about 500 pictures, slide shows or videos!
I will compose your listing with your input. If you wish to describe "special features" or go into detail about "construction techniques" that is no problem. I will photograph the home you want to list and I will put up to 500 PHOTOGRAPHS AND 5 VIDEOS in that listing. I can even include "slide shows" in the listing! OK ... I have learned already that some people seem to think that I am going to sell their property for them for $650.00 ... It's not going to happen!! TANSTAAFL ... if you don't have the knowledge to sell your property, then hire a Realtor ... there are plenty available and I even know a few.
