eBay Real Estate

My "Product" is my knowledge and experience in "listing" on eBay and other online formats. You will be paying me to do "something" that you either don't know how to do or don't have the time to do (or the time to learn). It's that simple. It doesn't matter where you are located, arrangements can be made. I accept PayPal.

E-Auction Design Service specializes in listing product of most any sort in eBay On-Line Auctions for the consumer.
Let me state at the beginning, ANYONE can list on eBay. eBay provides all the tools an individual needs to create an advertisement (you gotta describe it somehow) and list it in an on-line auction. For an example of a once active listing that I recently "put up" for a client click on the picture of the 1957 Thunderbird below:

This vehicle was being "offered" for sale at 2/3's of the appraised value. The owner sold it for more than the asking price ... the owner attributed the sale to the "excellent presentation" of the product.

There are at least 10,000 bored housewives in America alone that are using eBay to clean out their garages and make a few extra dollars. For the most part it just isn't "rocket science", it costs less than a dollar to list that garage sale item and in this instance, you have no need of my services.

However, if you have an item that is of "considerable" value (i.e. art, vehicles, antiques) you may want to enlist the services of someone like myself. The better you present your item, the better it will do at auction and the more money you will get for that item. Ad presentation can make the difference between "breaking even" on an item and making a fair profit. A custom designed ad can make that difference.

You have probably seen a "standard" eBay ad. If you have an item you just want to get rid of, a "standard ad" will do fine. However, if you're listing an RV of some sort and just the "insertion fee" (the amount it costs for eBay to even consider putting your listing on their website) for your ad is $20.00 then you may want to consider getting the most "bang" for your buck! A "minimal" 10 day auction (no bold, highlight, featured listings, etc) will cost about $38.00 ... there's just no way around it. If you use the optional features (bold, etc.) that ad will cost in excess of $90.00!! To make matters worse, you can still put just 24 pictures in your listing (and you are limited in size), provisions for videos are minimal at best, and you will be STUCK with a bland, unappealing ad that MIGHT bring your "reserve price".

With a "custom designed" ad that includes videos (i.e. a "virtual drive"), custom backgrounds, and as many pictures as you wish at almost any size you wish, you will probably not only get your "reserve price" but a few thousand dollars above that!

I have included a sample eBay ad that one of my clients (bishoptransports) use. This particular ad is designed with the "broadband" user in mind per my clients request. I reduced the ad in size somewhat and I reduced the number and size of the photos and videos. The ad will open in a new window ... close it out when done and you will be back to here.
